Støttrup Larsen

artist & performer

Nina Støttrup Larsen is artist and performer. She uses artistic strategies and long term research as a tool to plot out global structures of power in relation to economy, legal infrastructures, geopolitics, and the (post)colonial present. Her works materialize in different editions of installations, conversations, performances, and publications. She was a fellow at Jan van Eyck Academie, Maastricht; Akademie Schloss Solitude, Stuttgart; and a resident of Cité internationale des arts, Paris. She has worked with news magazine De Groene Amsterdammer, and has shown work at, among others, Bergen Assembly 2019: “Actually the Dead Are not Dead,” Bergen; Platform POST, Nijmegen/Arnhem; and HAU Hebbel am Ufer, Berlin.She is a lecturer at Haute Ecole des Arts du Rhin, Strasbourg. Støttrup Larsen lives and works in Amsterdam.
