Anapofasisto (Athina Koutsiou)
Athina (Greece, 1997) is an artist and researcher based in the Netherlands. Their practice explores mental healing, identity, fragility, and the mind-body connection through mask-making and creative expression. Athina experiments with diverse materials transforming everyday materials into expressive, participatory masks and artworks.
Through workshops and performances, they use masks and drawing as tools of embodiment—giving form to unheard thoughts, visualizing inner conflicts, and creating spaces for reflection, play, and collective storytelling.
