TRACTION is an offering, a creative gathering and a soft experiment with materials and embodied thinking about trauma. Sandra Lange engages in conversations and the creating of forms that represent what trauma would look like inside our bodies.

This work takes material form in the Basecamp between 13 - 15 May, by invitation only.

Sandra and her brother worked on a learning object that represent our embodied trauma. They have also been making new recordings towards a further learning object. They will share this object, and artworks from their wider practice, as a prompt to reflect with invited guests about how we experience the embodied realities of trauma. They will share tea, talk and create/make/express objects representing ‘what is on its way to language’.
