Architectures of Suspended Time

participatory mapping workshop
organized by Saja Amro

Architectures of Suspended Time is a participatory mapping workshop and spatial research project led by Palestinian architect, designer, and researcher Saja Amro. It investigates how colonial infrastructures—specifically checkpoints, separation barriers, and color-coded metal gates in the West Bank—operate as physical mechanisms of control that fragment Palestinian life and regulate public time.
